Have you been threatened with or served with an eviction notice (example; pay or vacate, notice to comply) by your landlord?

If yes, fill out our application at your earliest convenience. 

If you are eligible, a lawyer may give you advice and/or help you negotiate an agreement with your landlord before a summons is filed in court.
