Housing Justice Program: Tenant Assistance
Have you been threatened with or served with an eviction notice (example; pay or vacate, notice to comply) by your landlord?
If yes, fill out our application at your earliest convenience.
If you are eligible, a lawyer may give you advice and/or help you negotiate an agreement with your landlord before a summons is filed in court.
Please note: If you have received/served with a summons to appear in court, Benton Franklin Legal Aid will be unable to assist. please contact the Northwest Justice Project at 1-855-657-8387 for assistance.
